*Shipping:
Delivery and Insurance charges cannot be claimed for refund. Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

All our deliveries are track and trace by a tracking number. If you have not received your goods in a reasonable amount of time, please notify us and we will be able to trace for you.

Please check carefully when you receive your goods. DO NOT sign the delivery docket if there is any broken item!!

Once the item is in transit the buyer takes full responsibility of the item in transit. If buyer organizes transport, it is at your OWN RISK. We won't provide any insurance and replacement for goods damaged by shipping. Please provide the copy of auction listing to us when the couriers come to pick up the product, or goods will not be released.

*Return, Exchange & Refund Policy:

Please ask all questions before bidding. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice. All courier charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible to pay all the shipping cost that caused by return, exchange or refund.

After 7 days period we will charge 20% restocking fee, provided that the return products are in re-saleable condition and original package with invoice. No return or refunds if products have been used or damaged. No return or refunds after 30 days of purchase.

We will replace or exchange if:

*Item is defective

*Item is incorrectly described in the auction listing

If replacement item is available for shipping within that time period, then a refund cannot be issued. If we are unable to replace goods, we will offer you the choice of.

a) Exchanging for the same value product, or b) a refund.

We will not refund if:

* You simply 'change your mind'

* Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be'.

If you receive defective or damaged goods, then please contact us via e-mail initially stating clearly what the problem is. Please include the following information: invoice number, item description, date of purchase, price paid and a daytime phone number. We will contact you within 2 working days to resolve the problem via the above guidelines.

*Warranty:

The purchaser must keep the original invoice as proof of purchase. The Buyer must check their item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by e-mail (with sufficient photo evidence if needed) within 48hrs of having received their item. Please specify the item title and invoice number. We reserve the rights to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.

We do not accept any item return by COD. The return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer. Buyer must make contact with Top Choice for approval prior to item return.

Your invoice, delivery docket, buyer details will be required as proof of purchase.

Warranty valid in New Zealand only.

Tech Expozed adheres to Consumer Guarantee Act & Fair Trading Act.

Incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product are excluded from our warranty.

Damages by misuse, negligent installation or operation, inadequate packaging, cleaning or maintenance, unauthorized modifications or addition voids warranty. Please contact our staff for details of our warranty policy.

All information provided from Tech Expozed Ltd is considered private and confidential. Please don't copy any pictures and descriptions of the products to any public media.

*Warranty Does Not Cover Normal wear & tear.

Damage from using goods for a purpose for which they were not designed.

Damage from neglect or careless storage.

Damage from having unauthorized repairs carried out.
